Harmony® Menopause Max is a high potency herbal medicine which only contains 4 of the 6 herbs used in the original formulation Harmony® Menopause but at higher dosages. It is a stronger formulation to relieve the symptoms of menopause, specifically hot flushes and night sweats. It helps to build reserves of energy, relieve stress and promote a good night’s sleep. This product is recommended for women experiencing stronger symptoms Of Pre & Post Menopause. They are most likely in the peak of the menopause.

Harmony Menopause and Menopause Max can be used interchangeably dependent on symptoms and early signs of Menopause.

Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.

I purchased this product to help with irregular menstruation and spotting in between periods. It helped with both symptoms. As far as weight management goes, I have lost about 4 pounds while taking it. To put it in perspective I have been actively trying to lose weight (reducing caloric intake, exercising more frequently) with no luck for over a year. This seems to help whatever was causing my weight retention, so I am happy with that.
